Looking for Dr. Dalili?
We are happy to announce that Dr. Dalili has started her own clinic, the Center for Vibrant Living. We want to be clear that we fully support Dr. Dalili, and strongly encourage her current patients to follow her to her new clinic.
Here is the letter from Dr. Dalili, explaining her change.

I’m writing to inform you of some important and exciting changes coming on March 1, 2020. I will soon be starting my own medical practice, which means splitting off from Montana Whole Health. February 27, 2020 will be the last day I see patients as part of Montana Whole Health. The decision comes as Dr. Krumbeck and I recognized that we have very different goals and visions for our professional futures.
Dr. Krumbeck’s vision is to have Montana Whole Health be a primary care, family practice clinic; and my passion remains in having a practice focused on hormonal and metabolic heath.
With the intention of dedicating myself to best serving those struggling with fatigue, anxiety & depression, PMS & other period problems, and stubborn weight, I will soon launch The Montana Center for Vibrant Living.
Here’s what you can expect AFTER March 1 (until Feb 27, everything is business as usual):
WHAT WILL BE THE SAME
1 – You’ll still get the same committed and compassionate care. I will always do my very best to help you feel the way you want to feel and live the life you want to live.
2 – While I search for a more permanent home for the center (which may take 3-6 months), Paula and I will be operating as The Center for Vibrant Living out of our current space within MT Whole Health.
3 – I will carry the supplements I recommend most often so you have easy access to what you need. Once all patient contact information has been loaded into our new medical records system, you will get access to your new portal. Please contact us directly through the portal if you need to order something. If you need to pick up supplements from the office, please have a seat in the second waiting room, and we will assist you directly as soon as we can.
WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT
1 – The Center for Vibrant Living will not classify as an in-network provider for any insurance plans. If you have been paying at time of service already, nothing will change. If you were previously billing insurance, payment at time of service will now be required, and you will get the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many plans have out of network benefits. Also, because I will not have dedicated reception staff in the early stages, I will probably request that you have a card on file, so that payments can be processed automatically after your visit.
2 – While staff is limited, we aim to automate many tasks typically covered by reception staff – such as scheduling. We request your patience and compassion a we develop new systems.
Learn more about what’s coming by visiting http://mtvibrantliving.com If you have questions about how this change will impact your particular care or circumstances, please schedule a 15 minute complimentary phone call in which we can discuss your concerns and answer your questions, or you can send me a message through your portal.
I will provide another update at the end of February.
to your vibrant health,
Dawn M Dalili, ND
