New patients

If you are requesting a new patient appointment please select your provider to book your appointment. You are responsible for confirming your insurance benefits prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately federal and state programs like Medicare, Medicaid, HMK and Tricare do not cover naturopathic physicians.

Dr. Krumbeck is not accepting new patients, but she is reviewing all complex/challenging patient cases to help develop an appropriate treatment plan. For complex/challenging pediatric patients we recommend you select Dr. Turner.

Please note that your appointment is NOT confirmed until you have completed your patient intake forms.  These forms will be sent electronically. Appointments will be automatically canceled if forms are not received at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
